SOCIAL NETWORKS\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The Controller is responsible for data collection and the controllers of the social media platforms are partially responsible. In certain processing operations, we act as joint controllers pursuant to Article 26(4) of the Regulation.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The Controller operates the following pages on these platforms:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>– Facebook\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The controllers of these social networks have their own adopted rules, service infrastructure, and their own personal data protection provisions. The operational and contractual conditions of the respective companies apply to the protection of the PD of data subjects. Users of social networks are responsible for the content and their profiles. More detailed information on the processing of personal data by the controller can be found below:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>– Facebook:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The purpose of processing personal data is the creation of corporate profiles on social networks for the purpose of better communication with clients (former or prospective).\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>We may collect anonymous statistical data about your visits through the feature called Facebook Insight, which is provided to us free of charge by Facebook under unchangeable terms of use. These data are collected through hidden files (hereinafter also \"cookies (ID)\"), each of which contains a unique user code that is active for a period of two years, and Facebook stores it on a hard disk of computer or other device of visitors to the fan page. The user code that may be attributed to the connection data of users registered on Facebook is collected and processed when fan pages are opened.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The legal basis for processing personal data is Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Personal data that you publish on our social media pages and accounts, such as comments, likes, videos, images, etc., are published through the social media platform. We subsequently do not process the personal data for any other purpose. The Controller reserves the right to delete comments and other content (videos, images, etc.) if they violate applicable legislation (hate speech, sarcastic comments, racist or otherwise violating fundamental human rights and freedoms), and the right to share your posts if you communicate through social networks.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Posts are stored on our page's \"timeline\" indefinitely or until you delete them, or unless we as the Controller delete them.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>5. (online marketing tools), Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States,\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Facebook Pixel, Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, United States,\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Accounting company, law firm, web hosting,\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Taxi services using the Taxios application.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Personal data are disclosed in the context of fulfilling obligations arising from applicable legal regulations (e.g., authorities active in criminal proceedings, public authorities, law enforcement agencies, etc.) or EU regulations that are directly applicable and enforceable also in the Slovak Republic, or to processors within contractual relationships in accordance with the GDPR and the Act on the Protection of Personal Data.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The selection of our partners is conducted, among other things, with regard to the guarantees of their professional care, whereby these entities are bound by us to confidentiality and the obligation to adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing of personal data meets the requirements of the GDPR and the Act.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>6. SUBJECTS UNDER 16 YEARS OF AGE\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>We wish to inform you that all online tools on our website that process personal data may be used exclusively by persons who have reached the age of 16. The use of online tools and the resulting data processing by users below this age threshold without parental\u002Flegal guardian consent is prohibited. Should personal data of such persons be processed anyway, we will stop processing such data immediately upon learning of it.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>7. DURATION OF PROCESSING\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The Controller processes personal data only for the necessary period and respects the principles of PD processing. In cases where consent has been granted, processing occurs for the duration of the consent or until the withdrawal of consent.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>In cases where we process personal data on the basis of a legal requirement, such as accounting documents, we process them for a period of 10 years. Cookie data is processed by the Controller for the entire duration of consent to the use of cookies, i.e., for as long as you permit the storage of cookies in your browser, or until an objection is raised against the processing of your data for that purpose. Further processing of personal data beyond the above-mentioned periods is conducted by the Controller only if necessary to fulfill obligations arising from applicable legal regulations.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>8. TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>The Controller limits the transfer of personal data to a third country or international organization, including the identification of the country or international organization. However, some recipients may have servers located outside the EU (Google, Facebook). These servers may be located in the United States of America (USA). The USA is considered a third country that does not ensure an adequate level of protection, and as a result of the Court of Justice of the EU ruling in the SCHREMS II case of July 16, 2020, the validity of the \"Privacy Shield\" framework was invalidated. Standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission are used for data transfers. In our case, data transfers occur when using the following services: i) provision of statistical analysis (Google Analytics); ii) fan page on a social network.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>These transfers are carried out solely on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the Commission, and adequate guarantees have been provided pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR:\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Privacy Conditions\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>GOOGLE\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>FACEBOOK\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Adequate Guarantees Pursuant to Article 46 of the GDPR\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>GOOGLE\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>FACEBOOK\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>9.
