No! Taxios features fully automated dispatching, where each driver becomes their own dispatcher. Our intelligent system fairly distributes incoming calls among drivers. However, if you prefer a classic workflow, you can enable the dispatcher module and have one or more dispatchers managing orders manually.
VRP (Virtual Cash Register) and eKasa are systems for revenue recording required in certain countries. Taxios provides built-in technical support for these processes, allowing drivers to handle transaction records with a single tap directly in the app, minimizing paperwork and keeping you compliant.
